Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical monitoring team. You will play a critical role in providing efficient and effective patient care remotely in the afternoon, evening and weekends. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor patients' health status and communicate with them to ensure reputed company and support. Job Duties and Responsibilities • Remotely monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and health status daily using our dynamic portal. • Identify individual patient’s health trends by assessing vital sign data, symptoms, medication adherence, and other relevant information. • Engage in regular communication with patients to assess their well-being and address concerns. Skills and Qualifications • Registered Nurse (RN) credentials required. • Prior experience with remote patient monitoring technologies and telemedicine platforms is advantageous. • Comfortable using remote monitoring devices, video conferencing software, and electronic health record systems. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
