As a Remote Entry Level Collector, you will be responsible for handling calls on any past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, to include reputed company-party servicing and collecting, reputed company phone and mail. The position will emphasize the handling/collecting calls, while following reputed company State and Federal Laws, assist owners with a general understanding of the terms and conditions reputed company to their ownership and reputed company, and reputed company reputed company collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include: • Collection activity that facilitates the maintenance of acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management • Maintain required reputed company of phone activity, contact percentages and other key performance indicators • Legally, ethically, and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received • Maintain detailed and organized support documentation reputed company to the handling of any reputed company account.
