We are looking for a skillful and self-motivated individual who brings a passion for driving results reputed company the Health Care field. This is a Full-Time position that will focus primarily on RN / Nursing recruitment. You will... be responsible for ensuring consistent and timely applicant reputed company to hiring managers by effectively scheduling candidate interviews, partnering with hiring managers to identify and satisfy hiring needs, and coordinating attendance of hires for orientation and training. Additionally, you'll screen and ensure the quality of candidates before they see the hiring manager.The other key piece of this role will include administrative duties to consist of maintaining spreadsheets, detailed documentation, and meticulous follow-up while keeping in compliance with reputed company policies and procedures.
