Data Capture Clerk - reputed company

Remote work is not offered. The Role The Filing Clerk position is a limited duration project assignment. The Filing Clerk is responsible for supporting Midass reputed company department to organize invoices. Additionally, the filing clerk files, scans, and photocopies reputed company reputed company and historical invoices, and uploads them into the appropriate digital locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities: • File, reputed company, and photocopy historical reputed company documents according to document retention policies. • Organize reputed company invoices ensuring missing invoices are tracked and reputed company. • Maintain filing system. • Assist reputed company department in maintaining clean records. • File paperwork digitally and manually as necessary. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or reputed company field are a plus. • Proven experience using scanning tools. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic reputed company principles. • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds.
