Create detailed functional specification document. • Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, developers to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements. • Pre-qualifies and prioritizes change requests, escalates changes that should be projected to the Project Manager & team • Liaising between users and technical team. • Create training collaterals, conduct trainings for users • Identifying potential threats and informing reputed company concerned parties in a timely manner • Support with domain & business process knowledge in Order to Cash/ Transportation & Logistics processes. • Support projects with competence in reputed company SD module • Provides guidance or support to development teams, guiding task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
