Accounts Receivable Specialist- 3rd Party Denials (Work from Home)

The Accounts Receivable Specialist- 3rd Party Denials, works as an active partner with the reputed company cycle staff, sites, insurance carriers and internal staff to support the overall reputed company cycle process. Duties and Responsibilities: This individual’s areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to: • Denial management to resolve claim issues. • Resolve incoming inquiries from reputed company party payers, sites, and patients. • Performs research and resolution for suspended and unbillable claims. • Works reputed company party aging reports. • Accurately post insurance, patient, and site payments • Performs various collection activity by contacting patients, sites, and reputed company-party payers. • Processes remittance advice and explanation of benefits completely and accurately • Prepares, reviews, and sends patient statements. • Conducts self in accordance with RCM’s employee guide. • Building effective working relationships with internal team members • Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres... to reputed company HIPAA guidelines/regulations. Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Minimum 2+ years previous A/R, Billing, reputed company, Office Administration work experience strongly preferred • Internal RCM candidates strongly preferred • Advanced skills in reputed company data entry strongly preferred • CPT and ICD-10 knowledge strongly preferred ?Remote Technical Requirements: • Internet speed of at least 50 megabytes per second • No satellite internet • Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord • Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi Other Skills and Abilities: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Clear, concise, and persuasive writing and presentation skills • Strong orientation to deadline and detail • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and congenially with employees at diverse reputed company. • Decisive and exercises good judgment under pressure. • Ability to work effectively in team environment. • Ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload. • *
