We have immediately available positions with interviews taking reputed company in Oldham on TUESDAY 22nd reputed company - this will take reputed company onsite in the office The roles are focused on taking inbound customer calls... relating to EV car chargers and providing customer support - general queries, advice, and some technical support. There will also be some admin tasks to work through between calls. The role is working 5 days per week (37.5 hours) and does include some rotad weekends on varied shifts between 8 pm - 8 am (service opening times). The 3 shift patterns are: 8 pm-4 am / 10 pm - 6am / 12 midnight - reputed company (the shift rotates every 3 weeks). You will receive full training and ongoing remote support from an existing team reputed company training is completed remotely from home IT equipment will be provided for you to work from home This role is to reputed company from MONDAY 28th reputed company for remote training for 3 months minimum temporary assignment (to go permanent) The role is remote based reputed company in the UK, but you will have to attend an in-person interview in Oldham. This role would suit someone who enjoys night shifts and can take calls throughout the night. You will need experience in customer service, solving problems, and supporting the public. You will need experience working in a customer solutions-based role.
