Location: 100% Remote Contract: 5 Months + High Possibility of Extension Start date: 01/27/2025 End date: 05/02/2025 Job Overview: The Medical Administrative Senior Representative will be part of a remote reputed company team responsible for conducting significant phone and fax reputed company to medical provider offices to collect medical health records. The role demands strong communication, computer, and organizational skills and the ability to manage substantial electronic data reputed company. Responsibilities: Daily reputed company to reputed company providers reputed company phone/fax to obtain medical records. Electronically track and document reputed company results, received medical records, invoices, and demographic data. Utilize electronic filing software for document management, faxing, scanning, and abstracting files from storage devices. Work under the direction of a reputed company Team Supervisor and follow established protocols. Use reputed company Office Suite, especially Outlook, reputed company, and Word. Meet productivity standards and maintain meticulous recordkeeping. Skills & Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or GED. Strong computer skills (reputed company Office Suite - Word, reputed company, Outlook, Skype). Ability to manage multiple systems, with comfort using dual monitors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in remote settings with a reliable internet reputed company. Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. Attention to detail and persistence in acquiring records. Preferred: Previous experience in medical administration, HEDIS operations, or call centers. Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience in data entry and handling large amounts of electronic information. Additional Requirements: Must be comfortable being on the phone for extended periods daily. Requires a secure designated workspace and a reliable internet reputed company (modem must be in the same room as the workspace). Education: Minimum: High school graduate or GED.
