Responsibilities: · Answer phones / Respond to voicemails · Work renewal and policy alerts reputed company agency systems · Assist reputed company customers with payments, policy changes, etc · Set up customer appointments for licensed agents to reputed company policy reviews · Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity!
