Part-Time Executive Virtual Assistant (Self-Starter with Growth Potential) - Contract to Hire

We are a Landscaping Design and Construction Company seeking a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Executive Virtual Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently without constant supervision, and is eager to take on more responsibility over time. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and organize executive email inboxes, ensuring reputed company responses and prioritizing key communications. - Schedule and coordinate calls, meetings, and appointments, keeping multiple calendars running smoothly. - Serve as the reputed company of contact for reputed company communication, ensuring timely and professional interactions. - Handle various administrative tasks such as document preparation, file organization, and data entry. - Take ownership of assigned tasks, from start to finish, with minimal direction. - Support senior-level executives with daily operations and long-term projects, providing administrative backup as needed. - Assist with team coordination and follow-up on project deliverables. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar executive administrative role. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time reputed company. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Spanish is a plus). - Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and a willingness to learn new skills. - Self-starter mentality with a focus on getting things done reputed company. Preferred Skills: - Bilingual (English and Spanish). - Experience with reputed company Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive). - Familiarity with reputed company and QuickBooks Online (QBO). - Project management experience. - Experience in the construction or landscape industries.
