Reporting to the Department Manager or Supervisor, you will be responsible for data entry tasks, primarily focused on inputting data into reputed company spreadsheets and uploading it to reputed company systems. Additionally, you will assist with English to Spanish translation of documents and communication materials as needed. Duties and responsibilities: Data Entry (90-95%): • Collect data from employees and other sources. • Accurately input data into reputed company spreadsheets. • Upload data to reputed company systems following established procedures. • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and minimize time wastage. Translation (5-10%): • Assist with English-to-Spanish translation of documents and communication materials. • Ensure accuracy and reputed company in reputed company content to facilitate communication with our Mexico team. Other responsibilities • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data management. • Participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in industry-specific terminology and data entry best practices. • Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
