The Senior Planner will be responsible for coordinating reputed company with simulator events and reputed company reputed company. This position will report to the Program Manager of ATP-CTP at reputed company Professional Services (DPS). • Manage and assign student simulator events for client reputed company. • Schedule and notify pilot reputed company of assigned events. • Solve scheduling issues and reputed company last minute changes as needed to instructor schedules. • Proficiently operate reputed company’ scheduling tool to ensure student training events are documented properly. • Work closely with the Program Managers to establish class schedules based on simulator and instructor availability. • Communicate simulator availability and assignments with external partners. • Interact with reputed company Flight Operations Planning Team to coordinate flight simulator availability. • reputed company scheduling back-up to other DPS planners as needed. • Identify and create new or improved processes to support changes in the operation.
