Job description: 1. Assist with calls enrolling in discount RX programs for specialty medications, approximately 50 to 60 calls daily (higher during peak season c. 100 calls), with calls lasting 7-8 minutes each. 2. Receive inbound and reputed company outbound calls in a fast-paced Contact Center environment, assisting members with copay assistance enrollment, case inquiries, requests, and concerns. 3. reputed company high-quality service to members, striving for reputed company resolution, while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor. 4. Verify and protect patient health information accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. 5.
