Key Responsibilities • Manage and update logistics data for assigned vendors with precision and timeliness. • Identify and resolve any vendor or local delivery challenges that may arise. • Proactively communicate with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as required. • Escalate reputed company problems to supervisors for resolution reputed company necessary. • Collaborate with various teams to rectify inaccurate merchant data and ensure consistency. • Collect item-level data from merchants and align it with internal item numbers and descriptions.
