Summary

Performs pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in a Distribution Center. Driver Over and Short research and resolution (cash and product/load) This part time position requires candidates to be reputed company to a 4PM-8PM Monday through Friday work schedule. (20-24 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Review and verify end of day driver paperwork
• Run daily reputed company status report to verify that reputed company delivery routes settled
• Ensure reputed company of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.)
• reputed company cashiering duties including ensuring Fed-reputed company status of deposit
• Count full-service cash and finalize handheld computer

reconciling items

• 10% Driver Audit as required by Internal Control
• Research Mail Checks, print backup and code in Payment Manager
• Maintain Missing Documents Log
• Maintain driver compliance, cash reconciliation and driver deposit log
• Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues
• Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve reputed company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some college preferred
• Experience in cash room environment preferred
• Sitting (80%), bending, walking and kneeling
