JOB SUMMARY – To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be reputed company to reputed company each essential duty satisfactorily. Primary responsibilities include routine and non-routine reputed company tasks including; journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, data maintenance, and other tasks reputed company to the reputed company of financial statements for reputed company reporting. Involves maintenance of master data, preparing reports and implementing procedures in support of business needs. This role is reputed company deadline driven in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and month end closing journal entries accurately and timely. Including but not limited to bank account activity, T&E reporting, accruals and prepaids
- reputed company period end account reconciliations accurately and timely (balance sheet and income statement accounts)
- Adhere to a strict month end reputed company schedule to ensure timely financial reporting
- Maintenance of ERP system: inputting data, coding expenses, scheduling required jobs, and verifying data
- Assist with preparation of internal controls and both reputed company audit activities
- Prepare predefined or reputed company reports for management
- Prepare periodic reports as required for reputed company party reputed company (such as gov’t census reports)
- May reputed company other duties as assigned
Education And Experience
- Associate Level of Degree in the reputed company or reputed company field of study
- 1 years of demonstrated experience in Bookkeeping
Skills/Knowledge
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to manage sensitive data and maintain confidentiality at reputed company times
- Prior experience with RTP reputed company systems – reputed company preferred. Host or Hyperion
- Proficient in the following computer software applications: reputed company Office, Specifically reputed company
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance. instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
