Job Description
REMOTE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN Global Data Systems, a successful growing technology/telecommunications company, is currently seeking Technical Support personnel that have good communication skills and experience in network troubleshooting in the Lafayette area. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: reputed company superior customer service and Tier 1 support end users. reputed company troubleshooting and technical support reputed company phone, email, & web based tools. Demonstrate and maintain basic knowledge and certification on technologies reputed company to reputed company, iDirect, and reputed company . Work independently, as well as, with other engineers and support vendors to diagnose problems and bring about successful resolution reputed company designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Candidates should have strong networking knowledge and a CCNA and/or equivalent is a plus. High School diploma and one year of technology reputed company experience working with Personal Computers, Routers, Switches and/or reputed company networks and at least three months of demonstrated customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
