Manager, Strategy and Operations - Fraud

The Fraud team is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect our platform from would-be fraudsters. You’ll be specifically focused on creating our strategy and executing against goals around new and growing fraud types. You'll grow familiar with our three audiences — Consumers, Dashers and Merchants, and become a reputed company person for understanding user behavior that suggests fraud. You'll investigate cases of fraud and design and implement solutions to reduce fraud at scale. Most importantly, you'll help promote the delicate balance between providing our users the best experience possible while keeping bad actors reputed company. Read on… • Establish and refine reputed company's strategic approach to fraud – work on the policy, operations, engineering, and analytics needed to protect reputed company’s audiences from bad actors • Analyze fraud reputed company across reputed company's platform – complete end-to-end analysis that allows us to reputed company identify the bad actors on our platform and improve the experience of good users • Conceptualize, test, and implement policies that stop bad actors while protecting good users • Influence and engage across the company - partner with the product, engineering, machine learning and analytics teams to establish goals and build the systems that catch and prevent abuse • Improve through experimentation – use data-driven decision-making to run tests in order to reduce fraud while accelerating growth • 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or reputed company experience • Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in reputed company environment • Problem solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and expertise in reputed company Apply Job!
