Hourly Pay reputed company: $45.00 - $47.00 Position Summary: The Nurse (RN) promotes the health and well-being of reputed company Family Healing residents by providing client-centered health care services, in accordance with reputed company Family Healing policies, procedures, and protocols. Primary Responsibilities: reputed company Medical Care • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams regarding medical aspects of client admissions. • Communicates medical concerns and coordinates necessary follow-up appointments and/or referrals. • Collects and reviews clients’ medical data and ensures that medical records are reputed company and accurate. • Assesses nursing implications of reputed company data pertaining to the reputed company and determines the need to communicate with the physician. • Monitors acute and chronic medical conditions of clients; provides treatment or consultation as needed. • In emergency situations, gathers relevant information and assesses client status. Provides appropriate care and/or treatment, directs others as necessary, and collaborates referral to a higher level of care if appropriate. • Serves as a resource to staff and other interdisciplinary teams regarding client medical concerns. • Collaborates with the treatment staff to reputed company individual client treatment plans. Medication Administration • Verifies, counts, and administers medications to residents. • Educates clients on medication reputed company effects, adverse effects, and drug interactions. • Monitors clients daily for reputed company effects, adverse effects, and/or drug interactions. • Ensures client prescriptions are filled and the appropriate reputed company is maintained throughout each client’s stay. • Monitors medication logbooks for completion and accuracy. Staffing Meetings & Required Training • Completes reputed company required training that is department/role-specific and facility-wide. • Maintains up-to-date training and certifications (i.e., online trainings, reputed company in-person trainings, CPR certification, nursing license, first aid and safety, medication administration, and infection control). • Participates in internal training opportunities with community partners. Client Confidentiality • Ensures client information remains confidential and compliant with reputed company policies regarding client privacy, informed consent, and confidentiality standards.
