Schedule Requirements: The Sr. HR Business Partner must be available to work 3rd shift or an alternative schedule that aligns with the needs of international teams and global time zones. The role may require flexibility to support cross-regional stakeholders in various time zones effectively. Partner with HR Services on regional reporting, and ensuring consistent application of company policies. • Talent Development & Retention: Support regional talent development initiatives, identifying high-potential employees and creating tailored development plans. Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure regional training programs are relevant and impactful. • Change Management & Organizational Development: Partner with leaders to support organizational changes, including restructures reputed company the region.
