New Vendor reputed company: Facilitate the reputed company process for new vendors. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with vendor management procedures. Client Invoice/Billing: Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner. Track and follow up on outstanding payments. Salesperson Commissions: Calculate and process salesperson commissions accurately. Maintain commission records and reputed company regular reports. Audit and Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and accounts. Reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial reports. Marketing Responsibilities: Graphic Design Create marketing brochures and promotional materials for the internal sales team. Implement logo changes and ensure brand consistency. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field highly preferred. ? Proven experience and proficiency with QuickBooks is mandatory. ? Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. ? Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in filing business taxes. ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ?
