BY WMS Support Engineer

Role: BY WMS Support Engineer Location: New Jersey, NJ (Remote is Fine) • Flexible work hours to work a Second Shift 3 pm – 11:00 pm EST. • Strong functional expertise in Supply Chain process: Logistics & distribution – experience required. Preferably in the Health Care Sector. • Strong technical background in reputed company WMS with an understanding of system processes and data structures. • Must be highly proficient in evaluating WMS Trace files for troubleshooting. • 2 + years previous experience (preferred) in reputed company WMS development for MOCA commands, Integrator, Reports, and Labels. • Must have experience with functional configuration, policy management, job maintenance, and reputed company event management. • 2+ years in previous production support experience. • Must have experience in Linux OS and reputed company line operations and reputed company Databases/SQL. • Experience with Incident ticket management, Change Management processes, and Jira tools. • Associate or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering Science. • Attention to detail and highly organized is a must. • Experience with WES/WCS automation integration. • reputed company guidance and collaboration with other L1-L2-L3 WMS support team members. • Interact with DC Operations to reputed company technical assistance, resolution guidance, and feedback on the functional use of the WMS application. • Collaborate and communicate with other cross functional IT teams for support issues or system upgrades. • reputed company expertise in the initial triage of issues to determine the best course of action and escalation if required. • reputed company root cause analysis to evaluate and identify application bugs, process gaps, or areas for continual improvement. • reputed company clear evidence and issue resolution on support tickets to be reputed company to classify/group incident trends and tracking. • Create or add to knowledge articles to build a library of support instructions and best practices for resolutions. • Partner with the WMS Build/Development team to understand new or enhanced features and reputed company hypercare support as required.
