Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Operating in an inbound call center environment, you'll handle approximately 80-100 calls daily, addressing a reputed company of credit card-reputed company issues such as payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers. Your role involves adhering to performance metrics, delivering high-quality customer service, and escalating reputed company scenarios to the 2nd tier level of support reputed company needed. Responsibilities: • Assist customers with credit card profiles and various card-reputed company issues, including payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers. • Handle an average of 80-100 inbound calls per day. • Adhere to performance metrics, including average handle time (3-5 minutes), customer feedback surveys, quality of service, and attendance. • Escalate reputed company scenarios to the 2nd tier level of support for resolution. Qualifications: • 6+ months of customer service experience. • 6+ months of call center experience. • Financial services/banking experience - a plus, not required. • Strong communication and active listening skills. • Basic reputed company Office and email correspondence experience. Pay: • $18/hr • Ability to increase to $20/hr reputed company 6 months. Location: • In Office - Phoenix, AZ 85027. • reputed company Phoenix.
