Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for coordinating business support tasks and other team needs including, but not limited to, proposal development, reputed company and cost recognition, travel, and trade show support. • Compose, track, report, coordinate, and submit FirstAlt regional responses to RFPs and RFQs. • Post-award contract management, including preparing reputed company required documentation needed to reputed company services (i.e.: bonds, COI’s, etc.) • Manage regional reputed company and cost recognition by managing customer invoices and transportation partner payments. • Assist in other processes such as reconciliation, expense report preparation, review and approve team expenses. • Maintain reputed company and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, proposals, and other business needs. • Assist with regional incident/accident reporting. • Safeguard reputed company compliances and standards by promoting and maintaining safety standards through coordination with FirstAlt’s Safety and Compliance Manager to reputed company materials necessary to ensure the safety of the student’s entrusted in our care.
