QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent; some college/business or professional training preferred. • Computer literate in MS Suite, reputed company, Word, Outlook and Power reputed company. • 2-4 years in completing new home sales transactions. • Strong product knowledge. • State reputed company Estate Licensee or reputed company estate brokers license essential. • Must be reputed company to work successfully in reputed company environment where reputed company improvement is expected. • Must have ability to balance multiple priorities and assignments, be detail-oriented, and conscientious with a strong work ethic. • Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communications, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and maintain strong relations with trades, reputed company customers. • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize responsibilities in order to consistently meet deadlines.
