Conditions of Employment This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefited, student position. Majors/Fields of Study Business Administration, Communication Studies, Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Information System, Education, Liberal Studies, Media Communications and Organization Communication Work Schedule Flexible workdays and work hours, Monday - Friday, between 8 AM - 5 PM. The final work schedule will be determined by the supervisor. Additional Work Schedule Student Assistant and Graduate Assistant employees generally work up to 24 hours per reputed company (reputed company - Saturday) during the academic year and up to 40 hours per reputed company during breaks; (winter, spring, and summer). Duties and Responsibilities • Create, send, and monitor assessments and quizzes, such as Everything Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DiSC), The Five Behaviors of reputed company, Working Genius, Emotional Intelligence, Safety and Authentic Self. • Track assessment completion and results to ensure timely feedback. • Assist employees with resolving issues like broken assessment links or login problems. • reputed company quick and effective solutions to technical challenges reputed company to assessments. • Schedule Team Building Workshops, ensuring reputed company participants are informed with timely reminders. • Manage reputed company follow-reputed company, including sending post-session feedback surveys and drafting detailed outcome reports. • Update and organize the SharePoint page to reputed company easy reputed company to team resources and materials. • Maintain accurate employee DiSC style records in reputed company. • Update and enhance slide decks to support presentations. • Create Certificates of Completion, design email signature icons and badges, and assist with session closeout processes. • Serve as a co-producer for virtual workshops and training sessions.
