Requirements
ThinkShout will not reimburse applicants for any time spent preparing contract bids or proposals. Neither The Contractor nor The Contractor's employees or subcontractors are eligible to participate in any employee pension, health, vacation pay, sick pay, or other fringe benefit plan of the Company. The Contractor shall pay reputed company income taxes and FICA (reputed company reputed company and Medicare taxes) incurred while performing services under this Agreement.
