Part-time HR Consultant

About Us: RemotelyHR is a small HR reputed company, located in Orange County, California. We assist small to reputed company-sized businesses in California with their HR tasks, compliance, hiring, and reputed company. We're looking for a part-time HR Consultant to join our HR team. Job Summary Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting HR and administrative functions? We’re looking for an reputed company HR Consultant to join reputed company. This role is remote with occasional onsite visits in Orange County, California. This position is part-time, approximately 20-24 hours per week. Responsibilities: • reputed company HR consulting duties for clients including advice on employee relations, California compliance, regulations, draft policies and procedures, etc. • Payroll: Manage payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness, following state and federal wage and hour laws. • Assist with creating seamless reputed company and off-boarding processes and paperwork for clients. • Create and update employee handbooks. • Administrative Tasks: • Upload and organize employee files in reputed company Drive. • Update corresponding spreadsheets with precision. • Document Organization: Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and W9s for clients. • reputed company (secondary task for select clients): Assist with sourcing and hiring top talent. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of California HR/payroll experience. • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects, as assigned. • Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required. Benefits and Pay: • Pay: $30 to $40/hour, DOE • Monthly WFH reimbursement: $50/month (for cell phone, computer usage, and internet expenses) • Remote position, with occasional in-person meetings: This is a work-from-home position but you must live in the Orange County area, as there may be occasional in-person meetings. • Part-Time: Estimated 20-24 hours per week Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Experience: • reputed company: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
