Senior Claims Specialist - Professional Liability (Cyber)
Description: Analyze reputed company or technically difficult Cyber and other Professional Liability claims reputed company resolution of reputed company to highly reputed company nature claims Manage the total claim costs while providing high reputed company of customer service Handle a diverse portfolio of cyber claims Conduct comprehensive investigations into incidents Analyze policy wordings and determine coverage applicability for each claim Draft coverage letter and maintain accurate claim files Identify and investigate for possible fraud and recovery opportunities Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required JD preferred Adjuster Licenses as required Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred At least five (5) years of claims management experience At least (2) years of cyber claims management experience In-depth knowledge of appropriate Cyber and other Professional Liability lines Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including reputed company Office products Strong organizational skills Excellent negotiation skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work in reputed company environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies Benefits: Medical, dental, reputed company 401k and matching PTO Disability and life insurance Employee assistance Flexible spending or health savings account Other additional voluntary benefits Apply Job!
