Your Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns. Represent reputed company and SEO product with excellent customer service. Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work. Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department. reputed company Expect from You: At least six months of experience in customer service. Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential. Good English skills (for internal communication only). Proficiency in using standard reputed company tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
