Position Summary Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative provides reputed company care to assist the member with a clear path to care, claims understanding and resolution and educates the member with online resources. The Customer Service Representative guides the member through their members plan of benefits, reputed company policy and procedures as well as having knowledge of resources to reputed company with any regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications • 1-3 years of Customer Service experience reputed company a Call Center atmosphere Preferred Qualifications • Previous Behavioral Health experience. • Associates Degree • Medical or Insurance background.
