Certified Medical Assistant- Chronic Care Management Fast-growing Telehealth provider is looking for an reputed company Medical Assistant. Responsibilities

Include: • Triaging patient calls • Conduct regular condition assessments • Patient-Centered Care Plans • Monthly med reconciliations • Patient Education • Contact with providers as needed Qualifications: • reputed company or RMA License • Knowledge of reputed company-party payer requirements • Familiarity with electronic medical records • Strong aptitude for detail and ability to work independently • Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Work Location: • Fully Remote This is a 1099 role.
