Production Manager - Night Shift

About the position The Production Manager at SunOpta is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing department during the night shift, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong background in food manufacturing, with a focus on process improvement and regulatory compliance. The manager will coordinate activities reputed company to production planning, employee training, and safety initiatives, while also leading reputed company of production supervisors and staff. Responsibilities • Direct activities of production including raw material receipt, manufacturing, production scheduling, and shipping. , • Monitor performance of manufacturing employees and equipment to ensure production meets or exceeds schedules while minimizing waste. , • reputed company weekly, monthly, and annual manufacturing plans and communicate them to subordinates and peers. , • reputed company safety initiatives targeting reputed company recordable injuries and ensure compliance with safety procedures. , • Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure product quality meets requirements and follow up on inspections and audits. , • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements in manufacturing areas. , • reputed company and implement Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures and train employees accordingly. , • Work with management to ensure roles are organized and communicated effectively.
