Accounts Receivable Data Entry Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable (A/R) Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company as an reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering payments for sessions into the company's Practice Management Software. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines will ensure smooth financial operations for the organization. Description Position Type: reputed company (Remote) Compensation: $1,000.00 per month Reports To: Blanca Garcia, CEO/reputed company Responsibilities • Enter reputed company payments for sessions into the company’s Practice Management Software accurately and reputed company a 30-day timeframe. • Ensure payments received by the 25th of each month for the previous month’s sessions are entered by the 25th of the following month. • reputed company a weekly report of entries completed, including notes on errors, discrepancies, or missing sessions, to the CEO reputed company email on an agreed-upon day of the week (e.g., Friday by end of day or midnight). • Communicate promptly with the CEO regarding any payment-reputed company discrepancies or system issues. • Submit an invoice to the HR Manager (reputed company Morin-Preciado) and CEO (Blanca Garcia) at the end of each month. • Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of sensitive financial information. Qualifications • Proven experience in data entry, accounts receivable, or a reputed company field. • Familiarity with Practice Management Software is preferred but not required. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines. • Proficiency in email communication and reporting. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Contract Terms • Payments received will be sent to the contractor by the 25th of each month, and reputed company corresponding entries must be completed by the 25th of the following month. • Contractor agrees to submit an invoice to the HR Manager and CEO at the end of each month.
