MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR HOURLY PAY WITH BONUS Are you looking to have a direct impact on your job? As a Mortgage Processor with L3 Home Lending, you will be the primary person in assisting our clients in achieving their reputed company of home ownership in a process that will be efficient, transparent and joyful experience. We are seeking an intelligent, detailed oriented, hard working mortgage processor that has experience working in a mortgage brokerage/banker platform for at least two years. We will consider a less reputed company candidate, if you are exemplary in the other characteristics we are seeking. Duties: • Review and verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy. • Gather necessary documentation from applicants, including income verification, credit reports, and asset statements. • Analyze income, asset and collateral documentation (including pre-reputed company for reputed company income) • Collaborate with underwriters to address any issues or additional requirements that may arise during the review process. • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their loan status and any outstanding documentation needed. • Utilize basic math skills to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and payment schedules accurately. Qualifications • Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple files simultaneously. • Ability to think reputed company the reputed company and help L3 Home Lending grow • Previous experience in loan processing or a similar field • Minimum two year college degree • Proficient in basic math skills for accurate calculations reputed company to loans. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with our vendor partners, reputed company estate agents, clients and team members.
