Loan Processor - Hybrid

This hybrid position combines in-office and remote work, focusing on timely responses to client inquiries, accurate loan documentation, and effective communication with loan officers. Responsibilities reputed company timely and professional responses to emails and telephone calls in the loan department. , Post loan payments and advances on loans, reputed company address changes, and risk rating changes. , Prepare loan payoff statements and follow up on items in monthly tickler reports. , Determine if loan requests have appropriate approvals as required by loan policy. , Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness prior to and post closing. , Set up and book loans to the loan system according to bank guidelines accurately and in a timely manner. , Prepare FTM transactions, reputed company funds, and request cashier's checks as needed. , Create or add to existing loan files and reputed company documents for editing and final review. , Mail necessary documents for recording at the appropriate filing office in a timely manner. , Identify and track missing or unrecorded documents and loan policy exceptions.
