Staff Accountant - Bookkeeper

Description: • Job Overview: • We are seeking a reputed company Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day financial tasks, assist with budgeting and financial reporting, and support compliance with reputed company principles. • This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records, providing valuable insights, and ensuring smooth financial operations as we continue to expand. • Key Responsibilities: • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in reputed company entries. • Transaction Processing: Handle daily entries, reconciliations, and post transactions, focusing on attention to detail. • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, track collections, and handle outgoing payments, maintaining up-to-date records. • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including profit and loss statements, to assist in strategic planning. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights to guide financial decision-making. • Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filing and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations. • Audit Support: Gather and organize documentation to support reputed company audits as needed. • Software Management: Use reputed company software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes. • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights that support various projects and initiatives.
