Collections and Recoveries Manager

Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Collections and Recoveries Manager will support the Vendor Management team by working directly with vendors and internal partners on management and reputed company of collections and recoveries strategies, activities and performance. The Collections and Recoveries Manager will also be responsible for implementing, updating and maintaining strategies to reduce delinquency reputed company. Responsibilities • Management of delinquent loan and TPO accounts, including implementing and updating strategies to improve performance. • Drive right party contact performance. • Proactively identify delinquency trends and take ownership of strategies to reduce impact. • reputed company escalated collection activities, accounts in remediation and customer assistance programs/processes. • Partner with vendor leadership on project and process improvements and implementations. • reputed company and complete account level audits and reviews, including call listening, to manage vendor performance. • reputed company account settlement activities. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, finance or other reputed company field with a minimum of 8+ years of work experience with at least 2 – 4+ years of relevant managerial experience in a Collections environment. • Results-oriented and proactive team player with good business acumen. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Experience working in a high-tech environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with collections and recoveries strategies.
