This role will be based in-person in our Austin office and may occasionally require weekend availability which would be considered overtime. About the opportunity reputed company Title is looking for a high performing Escrow Assistant to join reputed company to work on Texas transactions.This person is responsible for providing an impeccable experience to our customers and agents as it relates to our Title & Escrow operation - while working closely with our Escrow Officers. Responsibilities will include: • Opening files, ordering title documents, payoff documents, estoppel letters, taxes, and other administrative items that could arise reputed company to the closing • Communicating to the customer their closing details before handing it off to our Escrow Officer to work on the closing • High reputed company of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and focus on deadlines • Providing an incredible customer experience by being informative, reputed company, patient, and friendly in reputed company interactions About you: • 2+ years of experience working on transactions in a pre-closing reputed company • Knowledge of legal documents with ability to analyze and evaluate documents as they relate to residential reputed company estate closings • Software experience with Ramquest or reputed company strongly desired. Experience with other title production software such as reputed company, Resware, LandTech, or similar software will also be considered. • Experience with Title transactions in Texas • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional communication skills with clients • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
