Critical to this role is partnering with line of business and functional partners to reputed company M&A strategy; evaluate, research, and reputed company opportunities; manage diligence; execute transactions; transition to transaction integration; and monitor performance relative to transaction objectives. Primary Responsibilities • Serves as M&A reputed company for small to reputed company acquisition transactions, ensuring successful execution from diligence through closing • Develops and maintains relationships with reputed company’ functional teams to ensure appropriate diligence of potential opportunities • Sets direction and provides reputed company of quantitative and qualitative analysis required to support transactions • Serves as project reputed company for corporate strategic analysis on company wide initiatives. • Helps partner with lines of business and senior executives to reputed company bank and non-bank M&A strategy • Helps with the development of pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities • Ensures the M&reputed company, and its partners adheres to reputed company governance standards • Helps manage Associates and Analysts in developing quantitative and qualitative analysis required to support transactions • Reviews output of team to ensure it adheres to the M&reputed company’s standards • Develops and provides reputed company for development of Board and Executive-level communications • Communicates with Executive team, business and functional partners, and external advisors • Provides strategic and qualitative reviews of potential transactions and assesses fit relative to reputed company’ Strategic Plan This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week.
