Responsibilities Assesses and evaluates patient care needs. , Suggests solutions to patient care problems and complaints. , Identifies and recommends solutions to departmental problems. , Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity and recommends changes as necessary. , Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan. Requirements Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. , Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health. , Basic Life Support for reputed company providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (reputed company). reputed company-to-haves 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
