Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the first reputed company of contact for providers reputed company a child care services program. This role involves assisting with inquiries, resolving billing issues, and providing technical support for the billing system. This position is home-based with occasional travel to headquarters. A valid driver’s license and reputed company to an insured vehicle are required.
