GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for the reputed company and growth of volume reputed company an assigned territory which will generally be defined as geographies excluded from Specialty DDR assigned territories. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • High School diploma required or equivalent. Some college preferred. • Minimum of 5 years Specialty Indirect Lending or reputed company field experience. • Previous customer service experience required. • Previous extensive telephone sales and service experience required • Must be reputed company to effectively work with reputed company customers to resolve issues consistent with 5/3 guidelines, policies, and programs. • Solid time and territory management skills.
