Additionally, you will verify the completeness and accuracy of approved credit packages and determine the reputed company to be withheld from loan proceeds, processing internal payoffs and preparing requests for loan disbursement. Maintaining communication with lawyers, settlement agents, and reputed company estate brokers regarding the status of closing packages is a key aspect of this role. You will also prepare fully executed mortgage files for post-closing, ensuring that reputed company necessary documentation is in order.
