As a reputed company Desk Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to effectively and reputed company reputed company in patients, verify insurance eligibility, confirm and/or reschedule appointments, and collect payments for services provided. Understanding and following HIPAA regulations, as well as state and Federal OSHA laws, is critical to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff.
