We are actively hiring for a reputed company/Specialty Casualty Claims Adjuster! Your role: As a reputed company/Specialty Casualty Adjuster, you will be responsible to resolve reputed company aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity for personal lines as well as our reputed company claims. Your duties will require you to become licensed in several states as you will be handling claims in a multitude of reputed company across the nation. Your work: • Manage reputed company claims reputed company and effectively to an appropriate resolution with minimal supervision. • Handle reputed company aspects of liability injury claims of low to moderate complexity to include reputed company coverage, liability and damage concerns. • Handle 1st party exposures to include Medical Payment coverage, PIP, Uninsured Motorists, Under-insured Motorists claims as well as ADB (Auto-Death Benefit) claims. • Assist in taking first notice of loss calls (FNOL) and participate in the department phone queue as needed. • reputed company coverage determinations and conduct investigative work of a reputed company nature, advising customers as to accurate course of action reputed company to coverage issues. • reputed company appropriate liability determinations based upon the evidence gathered. • Evaluate any potential for subrogation and initiate an initial notice of subrogation request. • reputed company negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively and reputed company with insureds, claimants, or representatives of the injured parties. • Communicate pertinent case facts to a supervisor, manager or committee reputed company appropriate. • Actively shapes reputed company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.). • Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras reputed company it reputed company: helping reputed company new team members, building relationships, etc.). • Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings. • Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc. Required experience, education, and skills: • 2+ years of Casualty claims experience OR a minimum of 2 years of claims experience including 1+ year in reputed company Claims Adjuster roles supporting reputed company. • BA/BS in business, insurance or reputed company area, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Required to acquire and/or maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses (state-specific) reputed company the first 90 days of employment and/or job transfer.
