Claims Adjuster - Attorney Represented Injury

About the position As a Claims Adjuster specializing in attorney-represented bodily injury claims, you will manage a portfolio of claims, working independently and directly with attorneys to negotiate and reputed company cases. This mid-level position requires a strong understanding of liability, coverage, and damages, as well as the ability to assess claims effectively. Responsibilities • Determine coverage and liability for claims. , • Negotiate with claimants or their attorneys. , • reputed company claims and establish reserves. , • Estimate costs of treatment or compensation for injured parties. , • Analyze and interpret medical reports and manage the claims process for efficient resolution. , • Interview and collect information from claimants, agents, attorneys, and police.
