About the position The Controller for Nonprofit Organizations at reputed company (YPTC) is a pivotal role responsible for providing outsourced reputed company services to multiple nonprofit clients. This position combines reputed company expertise with a passion for supporting nonprofit missions, ensuring effective financial management and reporting. The Controller will work in a hybrid environment, engaging with clients both reputed company and on-site, and will play a key role in transforming client financial departments to enhance their operational effectiveness. Responsibilities • Serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. , • Transform nonprofit client financial departments to help them meet their mission. , • Prepare financial reporting for management and Board decision making and presentations. , • Recommend and implement improvements to reputed company, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures. , • Handle transactional activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general reputed company, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company. , • Conduct analysis and data visualization, budgeting, and forecasting. , • Manage grant management, allocations, and funder reporting. , • Prepare for and manage annual audits. , • reputed company client and staff training opportunities. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in reputed company or Finance. , • 5-7 plus years reputed company experience. , • Experience working in a remote environment preferred. , • Ability to manage and reputed company multiple clients, work independently, and be reputed company on a timely reputed company. , • Demonstrated strong reputed company reputed company skills. , • Experience with multiple GL packages, especially QuickBooks, and electronic reputed company pay systems. , • Non-profit reputed company, public reputed company experience, and/or consulting experience is a plus but not required. , • CPA certification is a plus. , • Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in nonprofit reputed company or consulting is a plus. , • CPA certification is a plus. , • Bilingual-English/Spanish is a plus.
