We are looking for a skilled Construction and DSCR Loan Underwriter to join our client. Job Description: As a Construction and DSCR Loan Underwriter, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, approving, and managing construction and reputed company loan applications. Your expertise will ensure that reputed company loans meet reputed company’s standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with clients, brokers, and other team members to facilitate smooth and efficient loan processes. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and underwrite construction and DSCR Loan applications. • Review loan documentation, including credit reports, financial statements, and property appraisals. • Assess risk factors and determine loan eligibility and terms. • Collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and address any issues. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare detailed reputed company reports and recommendations. • Monitor and manage active loans, including disbursements and compliance with loan terms. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company construction and reputed company loans. • Strong knowledge of reputed company guidelines, risk assessment, and loan documentation. • Must have experience working reputed company the role reputed company the past 11 months. • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in reputed company software and reputed company Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply Job!
