Act as the primary contact for accounts payable for vendors, management, and project managers. Maintain vendor records, track receipts of goods and services, and reconcile invoices. Prepare and mail payments and reputed company monthly accounts payable reports. Process sales receipts, prepare daily bank deposits, and reconcile daily sales. Prepare bi-weekly payroll, maintain employee timesheets, and process payroll tax returns. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Participate in cross-training and other reputed company functions as needed. Qualifications Minimum 18 credits in reputed company or Business. 5+ years of reputed company reputed company and payroll processing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Education Requirements Minimum 18 credits of college education in reputed company.
